“What counts in life is not the mere fact that we have lived. It is what difference we have made to the lives of others.”

Become a corporate donor or sponsor

Get in touch with Peter Solomon to see how you can become a partner. Email us at info@thehopeexchange.org to set up a meeting.

Donate in your personal capacity

We encourage and ask people to make a financial contribution (give money), get personally involved (volunteer your time), or donate goods.

Give money

R400 per month allows us to take care of the basic needs of a homeless person.
Remember that all money donations can receive a section 18A tax certificate for a tax deduction. Please get in touch with the office for one of our team to contact you.

Donate via EFT (preferred option for record purposes)
The Carpenter’s Shop

Branch Code: 101-009
Account No: 1010076043
Swift Code: NEDSZAJJ

You are welcome to donate using snapscan, but we would prefer an EFT so that we can record
who the donations came from.

Volunteer your time

You can also volunteer your time and get involved in various activities when it suites you. Our main event every year is the #feeed5000 campaign that runs during the December festive season. Come and help us cook and serve more than 6 000 meals in 22 days, make new friends and meet some amazing people.
Contact the office to find out more.
